Yes, that's correct. The idea being, no age group, no people in that group. The same goes for fields in the Profile Edit. If the field is left blank, nothing appears on the Profile View page.

I think on this one I was mistaken. I think it only shows if there are people in that age group. See attachment |
I just tried it on this site and it's working as expected. (Try Search on the main menu). It's also working okay on my site:
I'm not sure what may be causing the problem on your site. It may be related to your other problem with the missing text box. |
While looking and using search thee is a age gap between 27-29. The rest of the spectrums seem to be good. |
