Suggested Photo Module UPGRADE
I've placed a PDF in my Files folder but I'm not sure if everyone can download it. If not, let me know and we can work something else out.
It's a revamped proposal to UPGRADE the existing photos Module, not redesign it. My thinking is that Deano has a lot on his plate already and completely redesigning something that works okay, albeit poorly is probably not a good idea at this time. I believe that some changes could be made quickly, but others may need a lot more time.
Oddly, it fits in with the module Geek_Girl mentioned in a forum post, but I had done my original version using HTML blocks and links.
It's just a discussion paper, but hopefully it will help people to come up with a few ideas.

Geek_Girl: I noticed that your screenshot shows that very annoying photo block/cover thingy with the flipping photos. I think that should be removed. It would randomly flip the thumbs over in some random order around the block. It is just distracting. The only reason I can see that Boonex added it was to make it appear they were adding in something new instead of actually addressing real UI issues.05.17.2020 0 points
