The colour picker that was in Dolphin was outdated years ago.  The one included is an open source colour picker from a third party.  It needs to be updated at some point and should allow alpha in the generated CSS.  I changed it out years ago and put up a tutorial on Dolphin but the one I added doesn't appear to work with the newer versions of Dolphin.
