Hello Leonid,

thanks fot the offer. Since we're not currently running the site on an external server our IT has to release a port on our router first. After you will be able to check it on our internal linux server.

I will come back to you when we are ready.

BTW, you do not have any idea why all new profiles are having the status "Active", even after setting "autoApproval_ifNoConfEmail" to OFF?

Cheers

Hello Leonid,

the url is http://d7b2r1.iamexclusive.ch

The join form is splitted into 3 steps. The first step seems to be okay, we're stucking in the second step.

On our dev server we have made the third step. But online even the the field checking is not working properly.

Thanks for your assistance.

Hello dknadmin!

It works fine from our side in fresh install of beta 3. Try to make clean installation with clearing cache and cache_public directories.

Hello Leonid,

it's kind of frustrating. I have just installed a fresh BETA 4, I have cleared cache and public_cache directories, have disabled the cache options in the admin area.

And?

I am still struggling with the join process. If I do set all 3 parts to zero and press the join button nothing happens.

If I do split the join form in two parts I am able to type the general info, and go to the secon step which is miscellaneous info. Here I stuck. When pressing the "Join Now" button nothings happens, neither the checkeing of the empty fields.

Is it a problem with read and write rights on the server?

Hope you have an idea. Thx.

Dirk

Well, I have narrowed it down. Seems to be a problem within the HTMLpurifier.

My firebug is sending the following errors:

"

<br />
<b>Warning</b>: require_once(HTMLPurifier/Error.php) [<a href='function.require-once'>function.require-once</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in <b>/var/www/web0/html/d7b4r1/plugins/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier/ConfigSchema.php</b> on line <b>3</b><br />
<br />
<b>Fatal error</b>: require_once() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required 'HTMLPurifier/Error.php' (include_path='.') in <b>/var/www/web0/html/d7b4r1/plugins/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier/ConfigSchema.php</b> on line <b>3</b><br />

"

On our local machine it is running quite well.

Hi Leonid,

it sorted out that is was aproblem with the server setup.

We are running CONFIXX as the management console for our server.

Actually it was a conflict between the security settings of PHP and the security settings of CONFIXX that prevented the correct setup of the include_path in the deeper folders using .htaccess.

If you are interested in more specific information I will ask our web hoster for more info.

Best
