Can anyone please help me with this error? Thank you very much for any help

I keep receiving this error when going to any page on the site stopslaughteringhorses.org

Fatal error: Cannot re-assign auto-global variable _FILES in /home/stopslau/public_html/inc/images.inc.php on line 227

What is the Dolphin version you are using ? most probably you are using old version, in new version this problem should be fixed, since there is no _FILES string in inc/images.inc.php file.
