"File is too big" video error

I tried several videos, some small, some large. I am getting a "File is too big" error in the flash uploader. I went to the regular uploader, made it all the way through the description page, clicked submit and it dropped me back into an empty flash uploader page with no warning.

What size do you have it set at?

File size is determined by your system's php.ini, the default is typically 20m.  You will have to change these variables: post_max_size and upload_max_filesize.

I'm using the demo. I don't have access to the admin area.

I went back and checked sizes. One was 135 (my bad) but the other 5 I tried were all under 10 megs

I am getting the same thing with the Flash uploader. Even a small 15K photo gives an error in the flash loader. It works fine in the regular uploader.I tried 2 gifs in the flash loader got the error "File is too big" but yet it is counting them in the site stats.

My host allows 200MB file uploads, but my phpinfo.php is set to 2MB for some reason.

Yeah, this isnt looking to good at the moment.

Problem is back in new demo (8)

Tried uploading 33 meg file using flash uploader, "file is too big " error again. (we're assuming the file size is set to the default 20 megs)

Switched to regular uploader. Started the upload, I had no progress bar, wasn't sure what was going on. After extended period, upload finished and was taken to upload page. Uploaded movie never appeared in the album page. Have to assume it failed for being too large.

Tried again using flash uploader using 4.4 meg file. I got the same "File is too big" error.

Went to regular uploader, once again, it did not provide any type of progress bar. Was not sure what was going on.

When finished, took me back to upload page, movie was not present once again. (No indication it was being processed and just wasn't complete yet?)

Rechecked album page after ten minutes, smaller 4.4 meg  file has appeared, larger file never arrived.

1.) Flash uploader does not work. Gives "file too big" warning on every attempt. Cannot upload any movies using it.

2.) Regular uploader does not give warning that a file exceeds size constraints and continues the upload process. You only know it's failed when the movie does not appear in the album.

Son of a ......

Now the oversized video I uploaded with the regular tool has arrived!

Hocus Pokus! Is this really worth my time?
