_Forum Posts issue

My main page is not properly showing the recent forum activity.  Instead in the module name it shows "_Forum Posts" and below where the recent post are located it just says loading.  Any ideas how to fix this?

Where exactly you have this error ? Is this error exist here http://demozzz.com/dolphin7b/forum/ ?

The problem went away with a fresh install.  From what I saw there was a conflict in the admin section listing the key, they key was listed wrong.  Once corrected it worked fine.
