HTML Block problem

I want to create a HTML Block,but this block does not appear in Page Builder (Section Sample).

I attached picture of the problem. Please help me. Thanks

Delete that block in phpmyadmin and create new one.

That is weird. There's a lot of problems with the html block but that's a new one on me

which is allocated line for Html block in phpmyadmin?

I tried to "Delete that block in phpmyadmin and create new one" but did not work.

Can you verify this,

open phpmyadmin

open you dolphin database

open sys_page_compose

and look for "_HTML Block" on the first page (look the attachment)

is it there?

If it is there than delete it or if its not there than . daaaaaa.......

Run this sql in phpmyadmin

INSERT INTO `sys_page_compose` VALUES(87, '', '998px', 'Simple HTML Block', '_HTML Block', 0, 0, 'Sample', 'Echo', 1, 0, 'non,memb', 0, 0);

and not to forget clear the cache.

Still no go.....
