 i would deactivate the users earning points for simply logging in to your site!

it's not only when you log in if you upload anything on the site or do anything it says you did it two times/or more

so how can i fix this

Since that isn't part of stock Dolphin I think you have two options, either uninstall the points mod or contact the mod author and ask them to fix it.
