Profile Photo Mandatory

I go to myphpadmin / sys_profiles_fields / Browse / Scrool Down and Click  >>

for the secongd page is were my ProfilePhoto are than i clic kthe pencil for edit mandatory from 0 to 1 than save i delete all my caches from my cache folder and cache_public  but is nat working for me can u please help me thank's

when you clean cache the "sys_profile_fields.inc" file is not removed you have to manually remove it to see any changes to the DB
