"Video chat" and "Record a video comment" functions don't work

Hello, my website is built with D7.0.9, and the hosting company is Arvixe which has already set up the RMS for me, but I still can't make "Video chat" and "Record a video comment" work.

What they behave when I click the "cast video" and "Record a video comment" buttons don't have much difference, they just don't response me at all, seems like I never click on them...

Well, I should say clicking on "Record a video comment" does have a response, the rectangle area shows a player frame (as you can see in the attached image) but doesn't response on any of my clicking on the area.

Can someone give me any suggestions? Thanks a lot!!

I also set up the Flash Apps RMS settings in admin, but they still don't work.

I just found it might be the reason of the client's OS, I tried using Ubuntu and it didn't work, but worked on a Windows machine.
