You need to have ffmpeg.exe set to triple 7, a 755 will not allow it to fully write like it needs to.
Set it to Triple 7, give it time to process and then let us know what happens. Please give it more than 5 minutes. Also, are you approving these videos in the Admin panel before it gets processed? If you are then it will never process once it's approved, the system thinks it's already processed once you approve it. (Keep in mind, you can't view it until it processes and why would you approve a video you haven't viewed yet. That's the mindset behind the system.)
So do you get an error when you try to play the file? You said it did not show "on your site". Do you mean that you cannot see the video at all??

I set the ffmpeg files to 777 I waited 10 minutes the file is 4mb ... no success ... file in the folder there 256.jpg 256_small.jpg and 256 without Extension ... if set to 777 with a time nothing happens ... 755 set to receive the mail but it is as if converts the file. flv! I checked if it works, and RMS chat works correctly .... What's wrong? maybe some folder with the wrong permissions?
Here is what your permissions should look like:
/tmp = 755
/flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe = 777 or possibly 755
/modules/boonex/videos/data/files = 755
The reason I posted that link to my forum post is because you MAY need to include the path to your php.ini file in the cron job for it to work properly. Like this:
* * * * * /usr/bin/php -c /home/sitedir/public_html/php.ini -q /home/sitedir/public_html/periodic/cron.php

I am using Arvixe for hosting here are the settings that I use and they work fine.

Cron.

Make sure you have set appropriate PHP settings for uploading media files.
a) If PHP on your server is running in CGI mode, you need to create a php.ini file with the following contents:
register_globals=Off
magic_quotes_gpc=On
allow_url_include=Off
upload_max_filesize=300M
post_max_size=300M
max_input_time=3000
max_execution_time=3000
memory_limit=128M
short_open_tag=On
Then copy this file to every subfolder of Dolphin directory except for the following folders:
orca/xml/langs (in 6.1.x) or modules/boonex/forum/install/langs/ and modules/boonex/forum/integrations/base/langs/ (in 7.0)
ray/modules/*/skins (in 6.1.x) or flash/modules/*/skins (in 7.0)
ray/modules/*/langs (in 6.1.x) or flash/modules/*/langs (in 7.0)
where * stands for every subfolder of the ray/modules or flash/modules folder
b) If PHP on your server is running as Apache module, place this code in the .htaccess file which resides in the main Dolphin directory:
php_flag register_globals Off

php_flag allow_url_include Off

Just a tip: Arvixe doesn't allow certain permission levels for files and directories on their server. If you have any files set to 666, change them to 644, while any directories that are set to 777 should be set to 755. Of course, this doesn't go for the ffmpeg binary.
