_footer.html location in D7

Where is the _footer.html located in D7?

I looked in root of /templates/tmpl_uni/

don't see it there

/templates/base/

Something is weird with my _footer.html its only 59bytes in file size...I removing some links from /admin but not it displays _invite a friend and Contact Us. How do I remove the _Invite a friend. I do a string search from admin and invite friend is empty but on the site it shows still _invite a friend

to change the links you'll have to dig in the DB.
