Can some one post the content of the .htaccess file , that would give the maximum speed possible pleas ..

There really isn't one, it all depends on your server setup. Verify these are enabled and then go from there.

mod_deflate
mod_setenvif
mod_headers
mod_expires

This one is from google some hosts have it enabled <IfModule pagespeed_module> google it for more info.

totally depends on whats available on the server. similarly you would not load up NOS on a bicycle, since you would merely be blowing air. 

so if you are inquiring about topping out a shared host, then you might already have it maxxed, else, send this same request to your hosting service and see what they can provide you as an answer.
