_html Block

Am not sure what am doing wrong but i tried several code into the html block but none of them worked !

This is what am doing :

<IMG SRC="Url or thesource" ALT="nameofthefile">

But even that the picture doesnt show .

another exp :

<img src="http://www.quackit.com/pix/milford_sound/milford_sound_t.jpg" width="225" height="151" alt="Milford Sound in New Zealand" />

But nothing show up , can you please tell me what am doing wrong here ?

by the way a stupid question where and how you upload your picture that you want to use in your site ?

do you use dolphine admin or straith forward from the server ? am comfused here !
