im thinking it wil not. and at most, give it a run, i cant see how the regular expression directed at a specific pattern can affect your site.

My spammers have stopped using 163, and the others.... Today I started getting spam with Hotmail.co.uk accounts. |
hotmail would have been one of the first email accounts i omitted. i have had more reports of spam from hotmail accounts than any others. and there are reports on dolphin communities. where it is clear that they were registered on the site. then report the periodicals as being spam.

I think the insane options like messaging someone every day about their upcoming membership expiration justifies some of those reports.
I got messages from one site every day asking me to come back.

if you sign up for a site, and in the terms you agree to receive periodicals, then by no means can this be considered spam. if you wish to not receive these notices, then you should disassociate yourself from that site, not report the site as sending spam.

alternatively, if you had never signed up on that site, and you are receiving emails from that site, then that is considered spam. but to join a site, then report that site as sending spam, it total and utter horse shit.
most prominently done using the hotmail FREE email system

@dosdawg
Couldnt agree with you more. On most sites you have the option to switch off or opt out of receiving the messages. Regarding terms and conditions of using a site, at a rough guess i would say that probably less than 1% of new users on any site read the terms of using that site. No excuse i know, but its similar to installing a new program on your computer, hardly any of us ever read the terms and conditions, we simply install and use, then bitch when something goes wrong.lol
