When I go to modules in my admin panel and click on one of them, it comes up with a 403 error and says I do not have permission to access /modules. The /modules folder permissions is set at 755. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Set the perms to Triple 7 and see if it will let you in. It shouldn't make a difference as your already at full read. Have you installed the modules your trying to view yet?
