404 error

I am getting this on a lot of my pages after a new install:  404 Error - Not Found

this is the page, among many others that is giving me problems:

http://www.meetmeinhawaii.com/dolphin/groups/all

Could this be related to my cron job problem?:

Upload your .htaccess file in Binary mode via FTP Client

Thanks that did it!  It was hidden, so it never got uploaded.
