I have two members on my testing site usinfg Dolphin 7.0.3 Beta but
one member is not in the member blocks is missing something is wrong take a look my screenshot
Only the admin is on the member block but no members

This block is cached - this is the reason it is not appeared right after new member join - it should appear after some time. Anyway - due to another bug, cache for this block is disabled for now, and you will not have such problem: http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/changeset/14447 You can check it on demo site, since this changeset was applied there.
