when or any other member want's to edit their profile using e.g http://abc.com/pedit.php?ID=193 then in the "profile edit info" box get following message and no fields get loaded.

Try to remove cache files using 2 ways: 1 - remove all files (except .htaccess) from /cache/ folder manually using FTP/SSH 2 - clear cache: all - from admin dashboard
