7.0.9 Videos Actions Not Working

I fear this might be because of an error in MYSQL Table, but suddenly, None of my actions buttons are appearing on the videos view page.

Hello

I just checked your site and as I see Actions block is available on View Video page.

Looks like the problem was resolved. If not, could you please describe it in more details that we can reproduce it.

Any Help? :(

Hello

I checked the view video page in FF and could see the buttons in the block. Looks like your custom template was not optimized for the browser you are using. Try to test in in FF and if it's OK then you need to contact with templat's vendor and ask him for a fix for the browser in which the buttons are hidden.

It is still not okay in FF either. Ive tried IE, Google Chrome, etc. Still nothing...

Furthermore, I've cleared both the Cache on my browser, and the Cache in My Admin Panel.

Anyone else have ideas? Thanks

I've noticed that the table it is located on is sys_acl_actions. If that makes any help.

Then does anyone know how to back up the videos so when I uninstall the module and re install it, all the videos i've embedded and added can be restored?

the tables relevant to the videos on the database would need to be backed up. the actual files would need to be backed up because if this is properly written, when the module uinstalls, away should go anything that was associated with it.

Then does anyone know how to back up the videos so when I uninstall the module and re install it, all the videos i've embedded and added can be restored?

so find the files on your harddrive, and backup those directories, find the tables that are relative to the module and where it has the filename(s) of the videos, because you will need to do a sql injection when you reinstall, so you have the same records and those records are relative to the path where the files are stored.

Do you know what table holds all the data related to the videos added? All I am seeing in the PhpMyAdmin is the tables:

Thank you for your help. I'm sorry if I seem a little dumb with this. I am really just beginning. But furthermore, do you know that by uninstalling and re-installing the module would even restore the actions buttons? Thanks!
