Hello The default Dolphin's Articles and News modules are for admin to add. RSS feed is included in these modules by default. However if you need a module with similar functionality but available for common members you may take a loot at our Notes module. It allows common users to post Notes/Articles for Pablic and also use private notes (stickers) for themselves. RSS feed is included too.
