7.0 to 7.0.1 upgrade question

I upgrade the site but seems to be some error in installing and uninstalling the modules. Is is possible to directly install 7.0.1 and restore the database from 7.0.0. if yes any precautions to be taken. Coz every time i have to struggle with the plugins in database.

You might need to open inc/header.inc.php and make your versions look like this:

$site['ver']               = '7.0';
$site['build']             = '1';

Then your modules will install ok.
