7.07 to 7.08 upgrade failed miserably i need help to fix it !!

site was running fine until i tried to to upgrade from 7.07 to 7.08  ran upgrade script here http://oilpals.com/upgrade

and get this error now

WHY is this happening now my site is nont running @ all and need help fixing it asap !!

i have no idea what this error means ....

Try clearing the cache and than try again.

try it yourself and see ..http://oilpals.com/administration  and no you don't need a user name and password cuz iyou won't get that far......

open your ftp or file manager and delete content of cache_public folder..

i lost count of how many times i've done it .... is there a magic number to how many times your supposed to do it ???

and btw there is nothing in that folder only the cache folder .........

 so now what 

same error  AGAIN ...

can i PLEASE GET SOMEONE to help me to fix this issue that knows how to fix this problem and not just guessing ........

you have modified that file in past and maybe it is incompatible with 7.0.8 if not check the folder permission of cache_public.

if you have modified it replace it with original file, download the attachment and replace it with yours.

modified what file ??? the file in the cache .. there are no files in there ...and i never touched any files in inc  ...no reason to .......... if that's what your referring to  and IF that file was modified then it was done during the upgrade by your upgrade script not me ... does anyone test these scripts b4 sending them out .....  please stop guessing and let someone that knows about this issue help me if you can't !!!!  becuz everyone thinks it's answered when all we are doing is going in circles .... how many times are you going to tell me to clear the cache ...there is nothing in there !!!!! 

now i'm going to have to repost it becuz everyone will think it's fixed becuz there are so many replies ... 

Ok if you don't want my help than leave it and one more thing this upgrade don't do anything with BxDolTemplate.php so i thought you must have done something.

Your admin and site works fine :) Have you tried starting a brand new browser session?

yeah it's working fine NOW .. .after someone fixed the coding problems that existed .... don't know what he did ( i'll have to ask him ) just glad it's working .....   so much for clear the cache .clear the cache   doooooooooooh  that was useless suggestion fyi ....

perhaps turning off your cache settings, and there are a lot in the admin panel, and then report your errors.

Also you should tell us what the problem supposedly was (I'm sure it was your template)..
