7.1.1 Possible Problem - Help Please

OK, Yesterday I performed 2 Upgrades to 7.1.1 from 7.1.0, and 2 Fresh 7.1.1 Installations and ALL 4 of the Sites exhibit the same problem.

Currently ALL the Stock Modules are Installed and No Add-On's/Mods, EN Language Compiled, Module Languages Compiled, All Permissions Checked. Dedicated Server Hosted at Zarconia.Net. Fresh 7.1.1 Installs and 7.1.0 to 7.1.1 Upgrades (Not from the Betas, the 7.1.0's were Fresh Installs of the Full 7.1.0 that came out.) Also these are a mix of both Registered and Free Licences.

This is a description of how I found this problem.

I am getting Bots or Users who are not completing the Authentication of there Accounts. (Not part of the problem, just how I discovered it.)

These Accounts appear on the Outline on the Home Page. When I click on the User Name on all of these Accounts when I am Not Logged In to the Site as either a User or the Admin, it takes me to a Page that looks like the ones posted below. If I am Logged In, when I click on the Users Name it takes me to the Profile Page just like it should.

What Page should it be taking a Non Logged In User to when clicking on another Users Profile?

Can someone else try this on their Site and see what happens, or if anyone has an idea how this might be fixed, I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank You

Note: This HTML Editor seems to be changing the format of what I've posted below some, but you'll get the general idea, and the First Letter of the Domain Name does apppear missing on the Page. (This isn't an error in my posting)

Update: Clicking on different Account Names take me to slightly different version of the page posted below, I will post a couple other examples separated by a --------- line.

Do you mean that profiles are unconfirmed(or pending approval) but their avatars are shown in outline ?

Yes that too, but when you click on the User Name, not the Avatar, it takes you to those wierd looking pages.

Note: I figured a little something out to stop it. By editing the Settings / Membership Levels, Non-Members Actions and changing the setting for View Profiles (Which was Enabled by Default) to Disabled, now it takes me to the Profile Page with a message the "Profile not available for view" like it should have I suppose. Not sure if this should be considered a "Fix" or not.

I think some internal fix is required:
