 I cloned a working 7.2.1 site so I could test upgrading it to 7.3 along with modules testing. After the upgrade to 7.3 the join form no longer displays on the clone site; there is an error message:
Profile Fields cache not loaded. Cannot continue.
What is causing this issue?
