A few issues with Ray Web Presence, Please help..

I'm testing site to set it live in a few days, but I noticed a few issues  with the webpresence.

1. My test profile on presence says "Online" and I'm loged out and cleaned cookies to make sure, but still says "online"

2. When I click on "Write a Message" to test profile on presence, I get another window and it takes me to my inbox.

3. When I click on chat with the test profile on presence, a new window loads and never connects.

4. When I click on the little "Music symbol" to listen to test profile music nothing happens.

I guess over all, presence is not working at all, can anyone please direct me as to what to do..I'm using 6.15 and my RMS connection is with Boonex....I would really appriciate if someone can help me as this will delay my progress..Thanks.

Any ideas what this could be?

At the moment, I can't seem to even get a connection to the RMS supplied by Boonex so I am checking with my host (Arvixe) for the auth's to get in their server.

I have found though that disabling the RMS connection allows my apps to work just fine except for the profile video which might be due to my system's security settings for flash etc..

Did you ever figure the problem out on this one? I have the same issue with presence and chat.....never connects....

yes it will work if you uncheck "use RMS connection" simply because you have turned RMS off, you just then get the basic functions without  camchat and so on. I think the presence not working properly at the moment is one of those bugs that are going to be fixed in the 6.1.6 update.

For what it is worth, I spoke with Arvixe earlier this morning over the phone and was told that everyone on 6.1.4 was working just fine on their Ray server however, I apparently was the only one to go to 6.1.5...And since I am the only one, it is not working too well apparently with their RMS system.

I am under the impression that now Ray is 100% flash based or at least per Unoboonex's blog announcing 6.1.5 as being released. If this is the case, would this be a reason for their RMS not really liking the new version?

I looked for the download of the RMS engine here, but it looks like it may have been removed, I was going to try to install it on my linux box here as a temporary solution at least until Arvixe can get it figured out on their end.  ray.boonex.com doesn't allow a connection at least on my end or times out.

Well, not really, I'm going to purchase an RMS connection. I think that will take care a lot of the issues from what I have been reading...
