A problem creating test account.

Hello,

I am in need of help.

After creating a test account, confirm email and download avatar I realized this problem. 

I do not know what process the problem occurred. because my menu is fixed at the top, hiding the problem.

That's when I realized the head of the site went down 10px I saw the problem.

Some ideas?
