ADD LINKS TO PHOTOS IN PAGE BLOCK

I AM USING DOLPHIN VERSION 7.15. CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO ADD LINKS TO PHOTOS IN A HTML BLOCK IN PAGE BUILDER? I HAVE TRIED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO ADD THE IMAGE AND THEN INSERT THE LINK AND WHEN I SAVE IT, THE LINK IS NOT THERE. IS THIS A BUG THAT ANYONE IS EXPERIENCING?

You should do it by inserting your image then clicking on the image and then clicking on the anchor button in the toolbars; or you can do it manually by turning off the TinyMCE editor.  Here is an example
