Yes I use Internet Explorer 8 with all others to test but My past internet tracking shows IE at 80-85% of the people who come into sites? Are you saying these type of errors are indigenous to IE?  In other words hold peoples hand until you can get them to see the light of another browser REALLY is that what you are saying.......When half the "REAL PEOPLE" people who don't do this everyday.... LOL have no idea what FF stands for.......Let alone how to download it......

new plate? clear cache in admin/ browser/ close it and try again   ...you can also hold ctrl-shift-f5   keyboard will go to french but true cache clear will help....plates go funky now and then.

I've gotten rid of this before by simply refreshing a couple of times.  However, as MrPowless says, clearing your private data can help with this to.  If all that doesn't help, make sure it doesn't look the same in another Internet browser to eliminate your site files.

I will give it a try always the cache........
