About Upload Response

Hello. When a photo is uploaded, system waits to response till the image fully uploaded to site. I havent tried a big photo but what happens when user tries to upload very very big photo to the site. Say  if a malicious user uploads 4GB photo does system waits till whole data is uploaded or response immediately if the media isnt valid?

Thanks @mydatery. I dont have 4gb file to test. But could you say does dolphin response immediately and stops those kind of big image uploads?
