Access denied for user

Access denied for user 'usr'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

Trying to find out what's going on here..

Using cpanel, i've created a data base.. created a user.. given the user full permissions..

entering the correct password and user name and continue to get Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

Anyone have this same issue?

This is not an issue with the script, but with your database connection information. Please ensure you are using the correct username and password. Also, some web hosting providers use another host name for database connections, instead of localhost. Check to make sure whether or not your web host is one of these.

I actually solved the issue... the database information was completely off from my host because of it being a VPS..
