Accidently deleted my admin log-in page

I was deleting files, since I was hacked and I must have deleted my admin page - I get the following error - cananyone help?

'no such file or directory"

not very many mods change the admin folder. Just rename it to admin~ and upload a fresh copy of that folder to your server.

may be a stupid question - how do I get a copy of the admin folder to upload?
