I was going thru over 400 spam memberships to ban, then delete, them from my member site. Unfortunately I didn't notice that MY "Admin" was included in the batch I was banning and deleting ... so accidentally deleted it. I now have NO admin for my site!!
I reregistered with a different email address, thinking maybe there would be a way to change this my new member account to an admin ... can't do it.
So HOW can I get my Admin back???? I NEED to get onto my site in order to set everything up ASAP!! I deeply appreciate ANY help ...

join your site with the join form and open your database and set the role to 3 to make yourself admin again.
Good luck

Where do I open my "database"? In my Dolphin site, or in my hosting account? I see nowhere to set my role to "3". As a newly joined member, I need to be approved by the Admin before I am a full member. Since I have deleted my Admin account, there is NO Admin to approve members! I cannot do anything with my site now ... ---Robin Rae, http://SecretSisterClub.net |

Thanks, @Prashank25. I found the place in the database to change the user details and I changed the "role" to 3. After signing into my site, I am now an active member, but I am still not and Admin. Are you sure it is a number 3? There was not a dropdown menu to chose 3, it was a text box (was a 1, I changed to 3). Any other suggestions?
Thanks SO much ...

you now need to empty the cache folder leaving only the .htaccess file in there.

HEY ... it must have just needed some time to activate ... it works now!!! I signed out again, then refreshed the screen, and signed in again ... the upside-down crown was at the top right corner again ... ADMIN Control Panel!!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH, @Prashank AND @dolphin_jay ... have a beautiful holiday season!!!

dolphin_jay: it isn't in the control panel, it is in the phpmyadmin panel, then inside the particular database from the list (if you have multiple databases). The first place I tried was the control panel, but I found no way to change user profiles in there. ---Robin Rae, http://SecretSisterClub.net |
