When you go to the "Account Home" section, there is a second navigation bar right above the account information. That navigation bar has a link for Payments. When I click that section and click settings, it gives me the option to add paypal or 2checkout information.
Is that a global configuration for the whole website that should only be accessed by admins? Or does each user get to put his/her own payment information there?
Also, how do you remove the "payments" button from there? I looked in the admin section and couldn't find it.
