Actions Block

I am using latest version of Dolphin 7.0.8

When I go to a members profile who is online the video messenger link shows up 3 times on the actions block.

I am seeking a possible cause and fix for this issue.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

look in sys_objects_actions

that is where those buttons are created, though not sure why there would be three instances of the same button. you can backup that table, and remove one at a time, until you only have one left on the profiles?
