Ad Categories closed by default

My Ads page has all of the ad categories opened by default, which makes for multipage scrolling. How do you set them to be closed by default? I can't find anything in the Modules-Ads-Settings, and I can't find where to set 'collapsed' = to 'true' in regards to the area.

This seems to be the problem with the javascript. Make sure the javascripts are loaded correctly.

As far as I know this is how it is designed to work--with them open by default. I'd like them closed.

Can you give the exact link? Or a screenshot?
