Ad Free License Download

Purchased the Ad Free Unlimited thru pay pal and got a reciept. Never received the license, and not sure how to get it. Suggestions? Sent a couple emails to support. Nothing yet....

The license should be in your account section here on unity in the licenses section.

That's what I thought. I only get the option to purchase the Ad Free Version. I certainly have the receipt.

Any suggestions?
