When posting a classified ad, you get asked the common questions like Category, Caption, Life Time, Tags, Country, City, etc. etc.

The country defaults on Afghanistan, and I want it to be United States. The City option is really useless without a STATE option.

How do you change any of these options? I'd really like to change the default country and add the State option.

Is that possible? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
