Ad window pops up when clicking login button

Hello I just recently started seeing this. When I click the login button on my dolphin 7.1 site another advertisement window pops up behind. I have tested and found it only happens on a freshly opened browser. If I close the ad window, login, log out, and login again I get no popup. Here are two of the urls

whensafedownloadswork24.net

that I have seen recently popping up. I'm seeing this in firefox, so is this a firefox issue or is it possible someone messed the the java script associated with the login buttons.

I just tried in chrome and a second window popped up but went away.

Internet explorer same thing as chrome.

Any ideas? Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I just searched Google for that site and it looks like your home computer is infected with malware..
