Add Links on Homepage

I want to ask how i can create new window or something like that on my home page where i can put links to web sites of my friends  so everyone can see them . I did try but i couldn't do it :S

So if somebody can help me please go ahead :)

P.S i have one more problem i cant find where i can add links i know i can i did it befor but  hah u can laught at me i cant find it now from where i can add new links to my page  buttom or top . for exemple  if i want to add www.boonex.com and etc .

There is a links page that comes standard with dolphin. The link is located at the very top and botom of the page. To add links to this page you can do it through your admin panel under tools

or you could always use an Html block and then place the links into that, using simple text code or banner code

And about the tools in the admin i dont have option to add links  :S is like it vanished ? Some sugestions ?
