Add PHP Block in D7, how?

Does anyone know what you have to do to properly add a PHP Block to the available samples in D7 Page Builder?  I found information about how to do it in D7, but need to do it in D7.

I wanted to say that I already found instructions on how to do it in D6, but not in D7.  It obviously is not the same.

Any help with this?
