Add Social Share Buttons to Ads

If you want to expand upon your classifieds section in the social arena, do what Craigslist doesn't do..add a social share button. This will give your readers more incentive to show their friends your ads.

The social button can be displayed within your ad 'info' area. see below:

I'm not posing for the glam..I was signed in. Just sayin'.

Adding the code to my box breaks it all up, doesn't look as good as yours :-(

Any idea on how to add it to the Basic Info section?  Or injected after the description text?

If you're placing the code in the specified place, there should be no problems. I'm curious..what sharing service are you using?Have you tried ShareThis? That's the one I use. script based.

After the description: I've tried to locate other places to put it and am having little luck. Although, it CAN be placed under the info on the main ads page by adding it to unit_ads.html

Ok, I think I might know what happened here..I was using a WP plugin to blog the code and hadn't unchecked the "WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically" box to render the code properly. When the post saved, it messed up the code. Now everything is displaying correctly and should work for you. Sorry bout that. Thanks for letting me know.
