Add field to Login form

Anyone know how to add a field to the join form. I have gotten so far as displaying the field and getting an error when trying to submit the form - regardless if you input the proper credential.

In the post you said join form but I figure that was a typo and you do mean the login form.

The only work I have done with the login form was to add buttons for the social media connects.

The easiest way I did is to make custom html code for login form based on existing standard form. It works. But you have to add some custom php code to process new added fields.

@GG - yes, login form (slaps self.) That's what happens when you are up for 3 days doing last minute tweaks for a marketing meeting - lol.

@Boonexpert. I was afraid of that. I was hoping it would be as easy as adding fields to join and edit profile forms.

Guess this should go to the Wish list for dolphin updates.
