Added page and now want to get rid of it how?

Hi, I was messing around with the add a page feature while reading some posts on it and didn't get finnished with it. Just got as far as adding the page in the admin pannel. New better to try and do this with  my kid home =). I tried to delet the page and it said that it was deleted but when I go to the site the space there still has a clickable link going to the page. I cleared the cash in the site and in my browser but it is still there. How do I get rid of it?

so does the page you created show up on the admin panel? and are you in fact going ot the page?

but if the page is present, though you deleted it from admin, you can remove it from the database as well

sys_page_compose_pages i do believe is the table where pages are created on D7.x

login to your control panel, or remote in however you get your giggy on, and scroll to the last entry on the table, and see if you see the name you gave that page. if that page is present in the database, then you should also see the red X click that and its asta la vista baby.

oh make sure you select the correct one and make sure you want to in fact delete it. been much discussion in here about users opting for an action, then having an issue that the command as actually executed.

Clearing the 'cash' sounds like a costly thing to do.

Figured it out. I deleted it out when I had the window still open to the page builder but forgot that it was still in the nav menue. in other words user error causing the clearing of cash not to work =)
