Adding Notice Text to Contact Form

I created a key called { _contact_notice } and would like to assign it to the Contact Form so I can put a notice and my email address right below <submit> button (see attached).. Could someone share steps how to do that..

You can do the lazy thing and edit the "_CONTACT_H1" key and put the notice on top. (its what i did)
