Adding Photo Cover to Front Page

I'd like to add the animated photos-cover on front page (please see attached) - I was able to  locate the Block { _bx_photos_cover } and wanted to create a new Photos Cover Block on front  page and copy { _bx_photos_cover } to front page.. 

Any idea how this can be done ?
