Seems to be an issue with the cache when adding a new site.
I added my towing site way back in beta 5 to test the system. Since that time, I have completely rebuilt it. Now I added it to beta 7 and the system is pulling an old image from cache and not creating a thumb of the new site (same domain name). Seems to me that when someone adds a site, the system should get a fresh copy of the page to create the thumb from and not use a cached image?
maybe a ticket needed here?
