Adding admins, etc?

How do I add other admin users? and create administrative usergroups at that if possible? Thank you in advance!

Apparently you are supposed to do this through the membership levels section.

Hello, you can add or edit existing profiles via your phpmyadmin. Just will set the value 3 into  Role field, and remove all files from cache directory.
