Adding an iframe to templates/base/_sub_header.htm

The site is www.raceforcash.com I'm trying to add a iframe script to templates/base/_sub_header.html, but it only shows up when cashe is tuned off. But when it is turned off the site falls apart.

What i'm I doing wrong?

Did you clear the contents of the cache and cache_public folders so dolphin rebuilds the template cache files?

Ok, I made sure that was done again, and now it stays all screwed up. I even took out the iframe code as well, cleared cashe again and still no change
